I have been told that there is a difference about when and where you can pick up Alhambra tickets according to whether the credit card use to buy the tickets was from a Spanish bank or a foreign bank.

Does anyone have info.

If you used a foreign credit card to reserve your tickets either by phone or online, you can only collect your tickets on the same day as your visit from the main Alhambra ticket office.

If you used a Spanish credit/debit card to reserve tickets by phone or lonine, you can either collect your tickets on the day of your visit from the the main Alhambra ticket office or beforehand. You can pick up your tickets in advance from any CAIXA cashpoint in Spain simply by inserting the credit card you used to reserve your tickets.
